Who Can Enter
This giveaway is designed for local homeowners in genuine need of a roof replacement. Review the requirements below before entering.
- For a residential home within a 25-mile radius of Lynchburg, VA
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal homeowner of the submitted property
- Roof must be 15 years old or older
- Limit one entry per household Online
- Two entries per household if Registered at our Showroom
- Earth Right employees and immediate family members are not eligible

Maximum Prize Value
The prize covers a standard asphalt shingle roof replacement on a single-family residential home.
If your roof exceeds the maximum value, you may pay the difference or forfeit the prize.
Does not include structural repairs, mold remediation, interior repairs, or premium material upgrades.
Sales tax on the prize is covered by Earth Right Roofing. Federal, state, and local income taxes are the winner’s responsibility.

Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
To be eligible, entrants must:
- For a residential home within a 25-mile radius of Lynchburg, VA
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be the legal homeowner of the submitted property
- Have a roof that is 15 years old or older
- Submit an owner-occupied residential property (no commercial properties)
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible.
One winner receives a roof replacement provided by Sponsor with a maximum retail value of $10,000. Valid only for a standard asphalt shingle roof replacement on a single-family residential home.
The prize does not include:
- Structural repairs beyond standard decking replacement
- Mold remediation
- Interior repairs
- Upgrades or premium materials (unless paid by winner)
If the cost exceeds the maximum value, the winner may pay the difference or forfeit the prize. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sales tax is covered by Earth Right Roofing. Federal, state, and local income taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility.
All eligible entries will be compiled and one potential winner selected via random drawing on June 20 at a Facebook Live event at Earth Right’s Solar Showroom.
The winner must:
- Provide proof of identity and homeownership
- Pass a roof inspection confirming eligibility
- Sign required agreements, including liability and publicity releases
The selected property must pass a professional inspection by Sponsor and be deemed safe and suitable for roof replacement. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the property does not meet requirements and to select an alternate winner if necessary.
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, city/state, and photos/videos of the home and project for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical issues, or income taxes incurred as a result of winning.
All work will be performed in accordance with applicable local building codes and permitting requirements. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
